Rhinoplasty: cartilaginous dorsal hump with excessive anterior bony spine and short upper lip
Patient wants reduction in projection of her nose with lowering of dorsal cartilaginous hump, refinement in her nasal tip,
reduction inner hanging columella and balancing of her lip and nasal projection.
An open rhinoplasty performed to reduce the lower cartilaginous dorsal hump and reduce over all tip projection.
The caudal septum was reduced to correct the hanging columella.
The anterior nasal spine was reduced to balance the upper lip and nasal tip.
The lip was made longer and more attractive with the release from the caudal septum.
