Subject: Thank you just doesn’t convey my gratitude

Dr. O’Daniel,

First, I did try to write a review online but they all required my email and identity and as you may remember; privacy is very important to me, so I hope this will do. 

I did happen to read your reviews and couldn’t agree more. You are an absolute unicorn in the medical field and your skill and artistic eye is unparalleled. I am so grateful to my friend who you transformed 6 years ago. It’s the only thing that gave me the confidence to pursue this and I AM THRILLED!

There is no way to really convey to anyone how much better I feel when I look in the mirror; I look like myself. Thank you! 

I also want to put in writing what I said to you on our last visit. I have worked with global organizations both here in London and in the US for 38 years and witnessed all types of cultures. What you and your team have created as far as a working environment, patient engagement and care is truly special and so very appreciated when you are going through something as dramatic and foreign as the deep plane face/neck lift and blepharoplasty.

Liz is a great front person; super responsive, engaging, knowledgeable and really helped me feel comfortable AND got me in to see you sooner and got in touch right away on a cancellation that allowed me to have the surgery in the timeframe I needed.

Once scheduled, leading the charge are your two work wives- Sonya and Susan, and they are highly equipped and perfectly suited to their roles. I so appreciated their experience, attentiveness, responsiveness and patience(which they certainly needed with me). Susan continues to answer questions and take phone calls:-). Sonya’s 24/7 availability that first week or two was CRITICAL!

The rest of the team are exceptional as well; Minda, Maggie and Susan were my main stays on my appointments and Mandy was wonderful on massage and laser work as well as Alexa and all took plenty of time to answer all my questions and I had a lot of questions which I am sure they all remember:-).

Kate at the front desk( who I assume is off on maternity leave now) was incredibly helpful in scheduling and rescheduling and love her for connecting me to Dani- who was SUPER experienced and informative as I moved into maintenance. Both are great assets to the team.

I also appreciated how ‘on point’ you were throughout my healing; looking at pictures right away- suggesting lasers for bruising, just on it. It gave me a real sense of being taken care of and peace of mind.

It was a very unsettling experience for me as I just wasn’t prepared for the impact or intensity of recovery. It was so worth it and I am grateful to everyone who helped me those 5 weeks. You are all doing amazing work transforming faces, lives and attitudes about oneself. It’s remarkable and important work. I remain in gratitude not only for the result but the amazing experience of your care.

And you will all be glad to know my latest BP reading was 125/73 so the hypertension was situational needless to say.

Dr. O’Daniel, I cannot thank you enough for choosing this work; continuing to evolve and improve it and gifting it to those of us fortunate enough to know about you and afford it. 

The atmosphere,  culture, care and concern that you and your team have created is such unique blessing and gift as well.
