What is the recovery time?
In the first 7-10 days following your surgery, you’ll be required to wear a nasal splint. Swelling around your eyes is normal in the first few weeks after surgery and it’s advised that you do not engage in any strenuous physical activity for up to a month.
Are there any risks?
There are risks with any type of cosmetic surgery, however the risks that come with rhinoplasty are minimal and it is generally a very safe type of surgery.
The biggest risks are infection, excessive bleeding and an adverse reaction to the anaesthetic. However these risks are minimal and not experienced by the majority of patients.
