Rhinoplasty for drooping tip and dorsal hump
Patient wishes to reduce her dorsal hump and rotate the nasal tip to improve her profile.
She also has movement of the nose when she talks and smiles making the tip droop more.
An open rhinoplasty was performed to reduce the dorsal hump, rotated and refine the nasal
tip and release the depressor muscles that move the nasal tip when talking and smiling.
