Secondary Rhinoplasty: Asymmetrical tip, Crooked dorsum
Findings: On frontal view the nose is deviated to the right with collapse of right nasal tip and a bulbous appearance.
The lateral view show a mild dorsal hump and a strained upper lip due to excess anterior nasal spine.
Procedure: The nasal dorm was aligned with spreader grafts and septoplasty.
The was corrected with tip grafting and strut grafts.
The dorsum was lowered conservatively.
The lip-columellar angle improved by removal of bone and cartilage spine.
